It sounds as if this is your first encounter with KFC. Just be glad you didn't go through the drive-thru.... That's on a whole other level

Same here, this time one less piece out of 12piece pack. Cant trust them. Do check the menu when you get them before you leave the store.

How can a customer ask for a burger and get told. You can have one. But without lettuce and tomatoes. Waiting to be served for 15 minuets at a fast food outlet namely OFC Johnsonville

Try asking for Large POTATO and Gravy and only getting gravy with no potato. Is like a syrup..!!
